I also discovered that SLEEPING burns about 64 calories per hour for someone who weighs 150 lbs.  It’s a myth that sleeping burns more calories than watching TV.  Don’t be mistaken!  Sleeping more doesn’t help you loose weight as you can now tell.  Neither does watching TV. 😉
